After the initial needs assessment, where the client's/family's needs and expectations of services are discussed, a Recreation Therapist will create a personalized program plan that will be utilized to provide goal oriented support to the client and family.

Fee for the Initial Needs Assessment and Program Plan: $87.50 + HST 

One to one support for adults who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias, physical disabilities, and/or mental health concerns. 

Services can be provided in home, out in the community, or at a care home. Depending on the client's/family's needs, services can be used as respite for caregivers, companionship and community engagement for those that face social isolation and/or goal-oriented Therapeutic Recreation.
